DojiTM is the registered trademark of Doji Ltd in the UK. Copyright infringements will be pursued and all rights reserved.

We reserve the right to make any changes and to update our Terms of Use at any time. The updated version of these Terms of Use will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site represents that you have accepted such changes.

Definitions

Doji Ltd: Referred to as “Doji platform” or “Doji”, meaning the Doji website and Doji apps on Google Play and Apple App Store provides services to buyers and sellers. We’re Doji Ltd  (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) and operate under the name Doji.

Services: This includes all the services provided by the platform including buying, selling and delivery available through the Doji platform.

Buyers: Buyers include any person of legal age who can purchase a product on the Doji platform.

Sellers: Sellers include any person of legal status who can sell products on the Doji platform. Sellers verify products themselves before sending them to customers.

Users: People that use Doji's platform and services, be them buyers or sellers.

Our Rights

Doji Ltd reserves the right to change or modify the website at our discretion. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of contracts, loss of profits, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise as a result of these changes which may be part of our managing our business and platform and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policies.

Terms of Use

Acceptable Use: You may not access or use the Doji Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Doji Platform and our services available. Doji Platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user, you agree not to, (i) copy or adapt Doji Platform’s software code, (ii) use, launch, or engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, robots, scrapers, offline readers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, (iii) use the Doji platform or our content to compete with us or to create a revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise, or (v) falsely imply a relationship with us or another company with whom you do not have a relationship  

Creating a customer account: To order a product on the platform, a customer must create an account and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of Doji. A customer account must be created before any purchase, or at the time of purchase. One single customer account allows access to the Platform irrespective of the extension of the website.

Selling on the platform: Doji reserves the right to sell products on the platform in addition to allowing sellers on the platform.

Buying on the platform: Doji reserves the right to buy products on the platform in addition to allowing buyers on the platform.

Pricing on the platform: Doji may provide information, which will provide guidance on prices for making a bid or placing an ask. The pricing information will be based on our market intelligence to help users in pricing their items for sale or purchasing items. However, the responsibility of determining price is ultimately with the buyer and seller.

Information you provide to us: You represent and warrant that: (a) all registration, product and identity verification information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete and relate to you and not a third party, unless you are lawfully authorized to act on behalf of the third party; you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary; (c) you will keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your password and account; (d) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; and (e) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user information (such as an identification code or user name) and/or password you must promptly notify us at help@doji.co.uk.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account. We may remove or change a user name you select if we determine that such user name is inappropriate.

We may reject a registration request or cancel an already accepted registration without generating a right to compensation. Users who have been previously deactivated cannot register again on the site.

Doji may also contact users through chat, email, WhatsApp, or even telephone to inquire about their experience on the platform and offer consultancy.

Product Information: Product information consists of the product description and product condition. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the buyer receive an item in the condition described on the platform. If sellers or buyers provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate their account.

Ordering Products and payment obligation: In order to buy a Product, buyers must have an active account. As with all platforms, buyers are expected to pay for their items with a credit card, which is supported by Stripe, which is our payment services solution.

Selling Products: In order to sell a product, sellers must list accurate product information as required by the Doji platform. Sellers are required to create an account to process a sale and receive payment, which is supported by Stripe, our payment services solution.

Warranty: Products verified to be refurbished, by Doji verified sellers are backed-up by a warranty that can go up to 12 months from the date of purchase by the consumer. We offer warranty for all phones except for phones of the "need repair" grade. The warranty covers all technical malfunctions, but does not support physical damage, accidental damage such as water damage, loss, theft or repairs such as screen replacements by a non-authorised party.  This warranty does notcover: any non-refurbished device; consumable parts, such as batteries, charger cable, AC plug; cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, broken screen, or broken case; damage caused by use with another product; damage caused by operating the product outside the Manufacturer guidelines (e.g. Apple, Samsung, Google and others); accidental damage such as water.

All warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and returned to our premises within one week from the date you have notified us. It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the products back and ensure that they are received e.g. with a trackable service and shipped in suitable packaging.

If the fault is not related to functional damage or happens outside the warranty period, an extra cost may occur. We will notify the buyer of this soon as we have inspected your handset. The warranty does not cover the physical or accidental damage.

The buyer must contact Doji’s customer service before returning any product and to ensure that the product is under warranty.

Completion of Order: Once the buyer has placed an order and payment has been processed, you should expect to receive your phone within 3 to 5 working days. This time might be slightly larger if the seller has issues delivering the product, in these cases the buyer shall be contacted by Doji's support team in search for the best solution, that might include canceling the sale.

Doji will send a confirmation email within 48 hours that the order has been processed and verification is underway.

If the sale cannot be completed, the buyer will be reimbursed within 7 days. Doji Ltd will not be responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.

Each seller uses their own shipping partner, usually Royal Mail or DPD, and their standard terms and conditions of carriage can be found on https://www.royalmail.com/terms-and-conditions, and their privacy policy can be found on https://www.royalmail.com/privacy-notice, in the case of Royal Mail and https://www.dpd.co.uk/standard_terms_and_conditions.jsp in the case of DPD.

Doji Ltd is not responsible for packages after they are delivered to the courier and/or confirmed to be received by the customer. Should there be an issue with the delivery, please email customer service (help@doji.co.uk) immediately, so that we can investigate and try to be helpful to all parties involved.

Buyer Returns: The buyer has the right to make a return within 30 days of receiving the order. The 30 days starts from the day the customer receives the mobile device and if for any reason the item is exchanged or repaired this does not restart the 30 days.  All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the order.

To return an item, please email customer service at help@doji.co.uk who will need the order details to authorise the return and issue a self-addressed envelope. We will give you guidance on how to do it properly. It's important to bear in mind that you'll need to contact us from the same email address that you used on your Doji account to place this order.

After receiving a confirmation of authorization to return, please place the item securely (as damages caused during the return may nullify your warranty) in its original packaging, or equivalent, and mail your return to the following address:

- All security and parental locks

- Your SIM card

- Memory card (if applicable)

- Your iCloud / Samsung / Google account

Payment methods: We accept payments through all major debit/credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX), Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Handling Disputes: For any disputes, buyers, sellers and verified sellers may write to help@doji.co.uk or raise a ticket from the Help and Support pages or contact Doji via the Chat service from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM GMT.

Sales Terms and Condition

Before purchasing, please ensure you read and agree to our company’s Terms of  Use. We set out terms to ensure your pleasant shopping experience with us. If you do not agree with the stated Terms of Use, we advise that you do not use Doji Platform for any information or purchasing.

United Kingdom Users

Doji Platform is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Hence, Doji will not be liable for delivering any products outside of the United Kingdom.

Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using the Doji Platform, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Our cookie Policy, which sets out information about cookies on the website.

Limited Liability

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased and any losses, which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
