- Device has all of its components (no missing parts);
- Device unlocked to any network;
- Battery health might be less than 83%;
- Screen or back may have any type of scratches or cracks;
- Sides can have scratches and small dents, but cannot be bent or cracked;
- Not eligible for our 12-month warranty and 30-day return policy.

Why my device's condition was not accepted?

Once we receive your phone, our team of experts at Doji will conduct a comprehensive 52-point assessment to verify its condition, including cosmetic and software aspects. If our evaluation reveals a difference compared to the condition described at the time of sale, we will contact you to discuss your options.

You can choose to have the phone returned to you or accept the revised condition and price. At Doji, we value transparency and are always willing to work with you to ensure a fair and satisfactory purchasing experience.

What is included in our warranty?

At Doji, we guarantee the quality of our devices and offer a 12-month warranty for all functional devices! Our warranty covers any technical failures that may occur during this period, so you can have complete peace of mind when making your purchase.

We also do not cover non-restored devices, consumable parts, or cosmetic damages.
