The Doji Trade-In system has two verification stages, made up of several tests and processes, to determine and guarantee the condition of the smartphones that are exchanged.
First, the seller responds to a questionnaire about the appearance and functionality of the device. Here we detect possible appearance flaws, such as cracks, breaks, scratches and marks, as well as technical flaws, such as problems when turning on the device.
Then, the device undergoes an electronic check, using the Phonecheck software, and a proprietary check system. AI verification, which detects other possible functionality flaws, such as connectivity problems, in the display, in the speakers, among others. This way, we are able to ensure that the condition of the devices is in line with what our buyers expect.

Accepted smartphone models depend on the Doji Trade-In platform and are not under the control of stores. The offers that your customers find when they exchange their devices through the Doji Trade-In system are the result of our partnerships with purchasing companies. Therefore, values may fluctuate over time, depending on the market's appetite for each pre-owned model. We team up with key partners so that Doji can always offer competitive values to its customers, encouraging the exchange of devices and promoting the circular economy.
In the Doji Trade-In system, sellers are encouraged to initiate and complete trades through our rewards program. The seller who completes an exchange automatically earns 1% of the value of the exchange. To ensure that the seller reviews the condition of the devices satisfactorily, our program also rewards the seller with an additional 1% of the exchange value when the condition of the device indicated by the seller is considered correct by Doji's parameters.
